Here's a Ted Talk by the author, David Brooks. One of my professors called him "the Liberal's Conservative." Yes, the book is better, but the video is not a bad teaser. Push beyond minute 8:00 to get past his incredibly long, albeit funny, intro.  If you're an interior designer, check out minute 8:30 and then commiserate with your peers. Turns out you're battling the subconscious.
