In the Recoleta section of Buenos Aires is the most delightful accessories shop, Gabriella Capucci. I only just restrained myself from coming home with a headdress but did purchase two pairs of earrings. The price point is quite exceptional, and Gabriella's sense of fancy and flair is unparalleled even for a city known for being lighthearted and fun-focused.
